International Gala Dinner and Celebration

Yes, I would like to attend. Included is my registration fee ($275 for an individual or $500 for a couple) and an optional additional donation.

Please consider the following levels of giving:

  • Guardian $25,000
    Entitled to logos printed on all media including program, signage at Gala, 20 tickets to the Gala, and 20 tickets to a private tour of the museum.
  • Benefactor $10,000
    Entitled to listing in the program and journal, reserved Benefactor’s seating in the auditorium, 15 tickets to the Gala, and 15 tickets to a private tour of the museum.
  • Patron $5,000
    Entitled to listing in the program and journal, reserved Patron’s seating in the auditorium, 10 tickets to the Gala, and 10 tickets to a private tour of the museum.
  • Supporter $1,800
    Entitled to 4 tickets, listing in the program and journal.
  • Couple $500
    Entitled to Gala admission, dinner, general seating in the auditorium.
  • Individual $275
    Entitled to Gala admission, dinner, general seating in the auditorium.

No, I am unable to attend but would like to support DVI.

All proceeds will directly benefit the daily operations of the Trudi Birger Clinic in Jerusalem. Any amount in excess of $25 is fully tax deductible in the limits prescribed by law.
